Hi there! Thanks so much for posting about Tess's yarn -- I love the colors and will make sure to get some at MDSW. Good luck with the sock -- it looks great so far!

Thanks for the heads up on the new Tess' yarn. I'm going to check out the Superwash Merino Petite for the next Curlicue I'm scheduled to knit. I've used Knitpicks Shine for the past two.
I saw one of the previously gifted blankies yesterday and it has held up beautifully through multiple washings but I'd like to try out Tess'!

It's really hard to tell much about the fit until the sock is finished, since it behaves differently than a traditional sock. I was absolutely sure the one I was making was too small until I finished the last few rows, but it turned out to be just fine. Hoping yours is the same! The sock *looks* lovely, regardless of fit.

Very interesting and something I would never attempt. I love seeing the development of things I would never try and maybe even changing my mind about them as other people successfully complete them.
I have made a promise to myself that this year I will get something from Tess' booth...if I get to go to MDSW.
I should be in Philly on Friday to do some work and then hang out. Rosie's and Loop are the obvious destinations so far.

Aha! How interesting! I like the way the color is behaving, and it will be interesting to see if you can get a good fit.
