		<description><![CDATA[odi, I like books by Robin Robertson. Yes the books are mostly vegan but are easy to adapt if you want to add meat. And Nava Atlas has several quick fix recipes on her website and in her cookbooks. Again vegan but very healthy. And eating vegan a few days a week is actually easier on the pocketbook than you realize. And t is not all tofu. (I am not a fan of tofu at all.)
And if you can find the time, learn to can foods next summer. It is easier than you would think. That helps a lot. I did quite a bit of salsa this year which I will use all winter
