:( Sorry you hate salmon. I grew up with a lot of fish in Colorado. Especially red snapper, trout and salmon.
Wow these look fantastic! The Greek one is very different than what I typically make so it'll be a nice change. Thanks for sharing!

Btw I hate salmon. I wish I didn't but I don't like the taste. Did you naturally like salmon or did you have to get used to it?

Well done you. I have too found that so many of my cures can be found in the foods we eat. While I don't always eat what is best for me, I try. And believe me as I get older the crappy food, let's me know I am not on the right track.
I love this recipe for a nice filling lunch:

This one is great too.
http://www.nationaldairycouncil.org/Recipes/Pages/Greek-Chicken-Wrap-with-Tzatziki-Herb-Yogurt-Sauce.aspx
With the wrap, I try to use a spinach or whole wheat wrap. I also just use a homemade vinegrette for marinading the chicken.
I loveeee Salmon:

Oh, and side note....you know we love our Steel cut oats...well I also love Cream of Wheat. It is packed with Iron!
I am going to try the cannelli bean recipe you mentioned! I too take 3 fish oils a day in addition to Vitamin D.
