I’ve been busy collecting bookmarks lately related to all things crafty – knitting, sewing, home dec, gardening, cooking (ok, I’m taking liberties with the word “craft”). Rather than just keep them to myself I’m exploring a new type of post here at savannahchik – craftacular.
Simply put, craftacular will be a collection of things I find interesting and inspriring. It could be a technique, a color, a designer, a solution – anything that strikes a chord with me.
Arlene’s World of Lace
I love Arlene’s patterns – she does a lot of sockweight lace (yes! another way to use up the sock yarn stash!) and her aesthetic is “just enough lace” without being fussy.
Top Row: Hypernova (sock weight) and Briochette (sock weight)
Bottom Row: Bees at Home (sock weight) and Easy Lace (laceweight and a free pattern!)

Love the hypernova! It’s in my queue on Ravelry and I’m hoping to knit it up with some Wollemeise. Can’t wait!
I think one of your advertisings triggered my web browser to resize, you might want to put that on your blacklist.
