Good for you. It can be hard to stick to a project once you’re bored. I just updated on River – thought I’d let you know, since you do knitalong news early in the week.
Congratulations! One sleeve to go… the eand is near!
Doesn’t it feel good to finish things up? I think alot of us bloggers are in this same train of thought – it must have to do with the changing of the season. Whatever the reason – good to hear you caught that bug.
Go, go!! You’re going to do it! Keep on knitting!
Congratulations! I like knitting both sleeves at the same time … that way I won’t stay on the sleeve island for too long, I think! Wish you finish sleeve 2 soon.
I’m still chanting about focus…focus, repeat after me, we can do it!
Way to go! All these industrious knitters are an inspiration.
Congratulations! It’s a good-looking sleeve, it is.
Good for you!! I’m slowly tickin away at my cardigan too, but now it’s all about the River! I cast back on this weekend and I’ve worked to row 35, and I have joined the addicted masses. I’m loving it now.
I received my socks in the mail today, and I looooove them! I can’t believe my luck that you were my sockapal2za pal. I have been reading your blog for quite sometime and had already fallen in love with the socks. I thought I’d knit the pattern for myself, but YAY!, now I don’t have to! Can you tell I’m excited? Oh, and they fit wonderfully! I can’t thank you enough. They were just what I needed today.
I experienced a family tragedy, well, shoot. I hate to even type this out. But my son passed away on September 3 (16 days ago). It was very unexpected and shocking, and I am still pretty numb. Needless to say, I haven’t got a lot of knitting done. So receiving these gorgeous socks in the mail today was such a lift. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Sincerely,
Kristy
P.S. I have knit 12 whole rows on River. Maybe I’ll get around to posting on my blog sometime this week. Thanks, again!
Yep. Peer pressure. Nothing like it to get a knitter to start something. And count me in on this finishing thing. I’m weak.
You can do it! One more sleeve left, right??
you are doing well…..only 1 sleeve to go! i restarted river earlier this week. for some reason it is taken me forever just to get through the simplest of rows! arghh
